I work with adults (18+) on topics including trauma, grief and loss, depression and anxiety, relating wisely to anger, transition to parenting, ancestral healing, climate anxiety, moving from individualism to interdependence, body trust, sex positive sexuality, ableism, racial identity, gender, queer and trans care, and internalization of oppression.

Supervision
I am a Washington State Approved Supervisor specializing in trauma and perinatal mental health through a reproductive justice lens. I utilize Internal Family Systems, somatic/polyvagal therapy, Psychodrama, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Lifespan Integration, and Mindful Self Compassion, through a liberatory, anti-oppressive framework. I support you in developing an authentic, sustainable, ethical professional role as a healer.

Insurance and Good Faith Estimate
I am an out of network provider for all insurance plans. If you wish to seek reimbursement from your insurance company for out-of-network services, I can provide you with the necessary documentation. Please check your insurance plan for your out-of-network deductible and reimbursement rates for mental health counseling sessions.
You are entitled to receive a good faith estimate of what the charges could be for psychotherapy services provided to you. A good faith estimate of expected costs is available upon scheduling or upon request.
